Cake preparation method for Strawberry chocolate cake

1. 2 hours before or overnight, wash your strawberries well, remove the stem, dry and chop into small pieces. Reserve some strawberries to decorate the cake.

2. Pour the chopped strawberry and the 3 tablespoons of sugar into a bowl and leave until the syrup is released, which will be drizzled on the cake.

1. While the cake is baking, prepare the filling, which is a white brigadeiro with coconut.

2. In a pan, add the condensed milk and butter and coconut.

3. Place over low heat and stir constantly, until the bottom of the pan appears.

4. Stir well until incorporated. Reserve and wait for it to cool.

5. When placing the filling, place pieces of strawberry on top of the filling before placing the other part of the cake on top.

Cake assembly

1. Unmold the cake and cut in half, horizontally.

2. Add the stuffing and strawberry pieces.

3. Place the other half of the cake on top.

4. Add the broth.
