Garlic butter chicken Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 21 Salute Seasoning (or Poultry Seasoning)
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • white wine or chicken stock
  • butter
  • garlic
  • fresh parsley, optional

Ready mode

1. In a large frying pan, add olive oil and shredded chicken, season with 21 Salute, salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Do not touch, move or disturb the chicken while it is roasting. Flip the chicken after 5 minutes. It should be a medium golden color. For thicker/larger chicken breasts, bake for 6-7 minutes.

2. On the second side, let the chicken cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked through. Again, don’t disturb the chicken while it’s burning.

3. Remove chicken with a spatula and rest on a plate.

4. Carefully turn off the heat, add the wine (or broth) and let the liquid bubble and steam vigorously for a few seconds.

Add the butter and let it melt for about 1 minute; stirring constantly until melted.

5. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minutes; stir continuously.

6. Turn the heat off, add the chicken back into the skillet, flip it around in the garlic butter sauce, and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
Optionally garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
