  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 cup (tea) of Nesquick
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cups (tea) of sugar
  • 3 cups of flour (wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
  • Butter and wheat flour for greasing
  • 10 strawberries, halved to decorate


  • 1 box of chopped strawberries (300g)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation mode Strawberry recipe cake

In a blender, beat the water, Nesquick®, butter, eggs and sugar until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and yeast and mix with a spoon. Pour into a greased and floured form with a hole in the middle of 30 cm in diameter and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 35 minutes or until golden. Remove and let cool. For the topping, in a pan, mix the strawberry, sugar and lemon juice. Place over low heat and let it boil. Cook for 5 minutes and let cool. Unmold the cake, cover with half the frosting, arrange the halved strawberries on top of the cake and top with the remaining frosting. Serve immediately.
