Brownie recipe Ingredients

  • 400g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup (tea) sliced ​​almonds
  • 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
  • Margarine to grease the mold
  • 3 cups (tea) of whipped cream
  • 15 large clean strawberries

Preparation mode

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
Transfer to a larger bowl and, with a hand whisk, mix together the eggs, sugar, walnuts, almonds, flour and yeast.
Transfer to a 22cm x 30cm pan lined with greased parchment paper, and bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm and lightly golden.The dough should still be moist when it comes out of the oven (looking like a slightly uncooked cake).
If you bake too much, it turns into a cake, not a brownie.
Remove from oven, let cool and cut into squares.
Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
For those who prefer, you can replace the whipped cream with cream or vanilla ice cream.
